At Hiawatha Leadership Academy (HLA), we believe your child deserves a first-class education. Committed to providing every child with academic rigor and an education in character and leadership, HLA is a tuition free public school serving all south Minneapolis neighborhoods east of Lyndale Avenue, south of I-94, and west of Hiawatha Avenue/55. When HLA opens this August, we will offer full day kindergarten, and first grade. The school will expand by one grade per year all the way to twelfth grade.
